UX Designer in LegalTech team

Job Description
No matter where our clients are in today’s competitive legal market, they need a team by their side, which provides efficient services to navigate this rapidly changing legal environment. Technology, including tech solutions that we build on low-code and no-code basis plays a crucial role in supporting efficient workflows and now we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a UX Designer. In this role, you will be working with the Europe Innovation and Knowledge team and other stakeholders across Europe and other regions.
Your mission will be to drive the digitization of legal processes by helping to create amazing technology solutions that lawyers and clients want to use.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is skilled in UX design and interested about improving the delivery of legal services and creating technology solutions for clients.
- Reviewing existing low-code and no-code applications and co-developing new ones to optimize their UX effectiveness
- Defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
- Developing wireframes and designing mockups of new solutions
- Helping in scouting and testing of third party legaltech tools, evaluating them from UX/UI point of view
- Collaborating with the visual design and branding team to incorporate the Dentons brand identity into the tools offered by the Europe Innovation and Knowledge team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Background in project management and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Excellent IT and programming skills; knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Ability to think creatively and artistic eye for design
- Problem-solving aptitude and good communication skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- English proficiency, another European language type German, French, Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the legal industry is a plus
- Team player, ability to work independently in agile teams
