On this role we are looking for three candidates with following language modification:
- Russian, Polish, and English (40 hours a week)
- French and English (40 hours a week)
- Spanish, Italian and English (32 hours a week)
- To support our European departments with fleet management/supplier management activities within fleet category.
- Manage all transactional activities linked to fleet services provider, that is leading the day-to-day activities (driver support, fine management, invoice control amp; liaison with Procurement.)
- Purchase order (PO) creation, information amp; reporting for Fleet category, financial management and support with invoicing
- Manage contract signatures and amendment documentation
- Provide first point of contact to the driver community working with the relevant managerial division
- Escalations amp; authorizations supporting managers (budget, POs, invoices, policy, models, profiling, accidents, deliveries, etc.)
- Establish relationships with Local Dealerships in partnership with our managerial divisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience within fleet management ideally from international corporation
- Bachelor’s Degree within any relevant field of study
- Experience with supply chain and business model (PO creation, understanding of basic invoicing, etc.)
- Handy within supplier management amp; strategic negotiation
- Customer orientation with focus on accuracy amp; solving attitude (can-do approach)
- General IT literacy with good MS Office skills
- Ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision and understand when to escalate
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated presentation and diplomacy
- Fluent English (spoken amp; written)
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
