About the role

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do, because this is a job description), it would be this:

We’re looking for experienced Knowledge and Enablement leader who will help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more.


Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

· Develop Learning amp; Development materials by completing thorough research, analyzing educational resources and assessing the needs of Mews.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and leverage Customer Support ticketing data or other teams’ demand to identify trends where increased and/or modified Learning amp; Development documentation is required.

· Maintain schedule of planned Knowledge Management and related document releases, gather and research graphics and imagery for multi-dimensional messaging.

· Champion the team’s ways of working, acting as an inspirational leadership role-model, and having a full understanding of our enablement processes, design principles, playbook, and governance model.

· Develop Enablement feedback loop to continuously improve organisational knowledge to act and incorporate internal user feedback.

· Deliver on-site and on-the-job training, coaching, and development to internal and external teams

· Develop courses to evolve the learning curriculum -- selecting appropriate instructional methods such as 1-on-1 training, lectures, demos, role plays or e-learning.

· Organize and develop training reference materials, tests and certifications, and other learning resources

· Coordinate continuing education sessions across Programs, Tools, Compliance, and Customer Experience lifecycle and journey

· Measure effectiveness of training programs, gather and synthesize feedback, report on attendance amp; certification completion to make improvements as needed

· Partner with Sales amp; Customer Experience leadership to identify and address specific performance challenges amp; knowledge gaps

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

· Professional experience in the area of training and development

· Experience in working with LMS systems

· The ability to analyse training needs

· Ability to design e-learning training

· Knowledge of authoring tools - Articulate / Vyond package

· Knowledge of instructional design and cognitive science

· Knowledge of trends in the learning technologies market

· Knowledge of agile methodology and the ability to prototype

· Very good presentation skills

· Data analysis skills (knowledge of Excel, PowerBI)

· Very good command of the English language

· Very good organization of own work and ability to work under pressure.

· Ability and satisfaction in working with various groups of clients

· Prioritization according to business needs - ability to lead the discovery, conduct the research; clearly define business needs and evaluate the prioritization

· Experience within a SaaS environment and a strong technical understanding is preferred but not mandatory.
