Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Organise local and national seminars; National and international congresses; Symposiums (standalones) and other educational events
  • Support team meetings and trainings; Arrange meetings and business trips and its administration with organisation of logistics of internal trainings
  • Prepare and ensure approvals and organise local and national seminars from A to Z
  • Participate in designing and in implementation of new projects/initiatives
  • Provide information between medical, marketing and sales teams on various activities
  • Travel arrangements (accommodation, air tickets, transfers) for internal and external customers
  • Provide ad hoc data input and information / reports to other departments and sharing data
  • Execute all other tasks or projects assigned by line manage or medical lead

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience ideally from large corporation within administration / support / back-office field
  • Customer orientation with focus on accuracy amp; solving attitude (can-do approach)
  • General IT literacy with good MS Office skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be advantage
  • Ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision and understand when to escalate
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated presentation and diplomacy
  • Pharma amp; medical background is beneficial
  • Fluent English amp; either Czech or Slovak (spoken amp; written)
