Sentinel is building a new Talent Sourcing Centre of Excellence in Prague.

2021 has been a great year for us with the demand for our services at an all-time high, so we have decided to invest, and build a world-class talent sourcing team in Prague. You would be responsible for hiring and managing a talent sourcing team for mid-to-senior European tech talent, across all technology areas and disciplines.

Requirements

• Technology talent sourcing experience is preferred but we are happy to consider people who would like to change sector.
• Good English language skills. We’re also interested in Czech, German, and French speakers to improve our talent sourcing for our customers in these territories.
• A very strong ability to source passive candidates and champion our clients' opportunities.
• Great organizational skills and expectation management approach. You will be supporting a team of 20+ recruiters and more than 100 jobs per month.
• The ability to train, coach, and mentor trainees and more junior talent sourcers.
