• Assist the Kubernetes team to run, monitor, and support the product from the infrastructure and operation point of view
• Assist with working in a code to build a product that acts as an enabler
• Work with a team to build a platform based on RKE which will serve 6 countries in which the company operates
• Build the solutions with the help of Open Source software
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Experience with the Kubernetes platform (knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos etc.) is necessary
• Knowledge of automation in some of the tools such as Ansible
• Good knowledge of network protocols
• Eager to learn new things
• Problem-solving team player with excellent communication
• Team spirit
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
