About Salsita
We are a software agency focused on high-end web and cross-platform mobile app development. Our clients include both startups and leading international corporations like eBay and SAP. Our 75 team members include product managers, QA engineers and highly skilled full-stack software engineers. As we grow, we have been expanding our creative team, which includes visual designers, UX experts and UI developers.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders regularly to gather requirements and receive feedback
- Help our customers achieve their business goals and user expectations
- Closely work with developers and PMs
- Facilitate or participate in UX workshops and Design Sprints
- Ideate with the team and come up with solutions to complex problems
- Design and prototype
- Make sure your design is properly handed over to UI developers
Requirements
- Experience with design and prototyping tools of your choice (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc)
- Ability to translate product requirements into intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces
- Familiarity with UX research (interviews, competitive analysis, usability testing, heuristic evaluation)
- Effective communication of research findings and design decisions to other team members or clients
- Passion about the UX field, eagerness to learn, grow and drive our team’s efforts forward

- 45-minute online interview: If we feel you’re a good match, we will schedule a 30-45 minute call with our UI/UX team lead, who will tell you more about Salsita and go through your portfolio with you.
- 1.5-hour on-site workshop:
- 20 minutes: You will have a discussion with our UI/UX team lead and another member of the design team.
- 1 hour: We will continue with a whiteboard exercise based on a product idea or a specific UX problem. You will be tasked with interviewing us to collect the requirements, ideating, and coming up with a rough user flow and sketches.
- 10 minutes: We will answer your questions about the position, our clients, the projects we are working on, etc.
- Homework: You will continue the whiteboard exercise at home by designing and prototyping your ideal solution.
- We will discuss internally and let you know whether we have decided to make you an offer.
