Job Description
Whom are we looking for? A detective? Stalker? Tech mage? Partner in crime! It does not matter what you call it. What matters is your never-ending curiosity, resilience and team spirit.
Where? Brno or remote around Europe
How? Part-time (we can discuss a type of contract)
When? As soon as possible
Why? We need another smart head and a brave heart to help us scale. You would become a partner to our recruiter and help her with searching and creating strong pipelines for our roles.
Salary? Up to 30 000 CZK (senior) + quarterly performance bonuses
About the job
- the People department/team takes care of Growth, Success, Performance, Admin and Recruitment
- the team has 3 people at this moment and we are very good at remote cooperation. But 2 of us sit in Brno where we can meet
- we are looking for a Talent Sourcer with communicative English, fresh ideas and strong ownership
- your job will be to cooperate with our Recruiter in order to close the open roles (both Commercial and Tech) around the globe as fast as possible
- we expect you to search and contact the best matching candidates, make them interested in our roles and book the intro calls with the Recruiter
- be an ambassador of our brand on the market - our current average cNPS is 71
- you should be experienced in talent sourcing, speak English
- data is part of our language and we use some tools and hacks to automize parts of the work
- we welcome your ideas and suggestions for improvement
- we support each other and also your development and education
