Tasks and Responsibilities

• Gather, process and analyze data from various sources, identify and propose potential improvement or mitigations
• Support finance team in daily operations with preparing financial reports and forecasts as well as financial consolidations and finding cost saving potentials
• Participate in the annual budgeting process (as well as the quarterly forecast updates), including data coordination, assembly and analysis furthermore compare budget data with actual numbers
• Maintain and develop various financial models and standardized templates to support planning process
• Perform monthly Income Statement analysis to ensure correctness and reliability of data as well as that proper accounting procedures have been followed
• Prepare and develop monthly, as well as ad hoc, financial and business-related analyses and research
• Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
• Continuously improve reports, recurring and ad-hoc, dashboards, and analytics, automation of financial and reporting processes. Evolve reporting capabilities through continuous initiative and improvement of reporting efficiency. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs, document requirements, and establish timelines for delivery
• Mine, analyze, synthesize, and interpret data from multiple data sources to build a comprehensive picture of trends that are considered when developing future strategies

Requirements

• Finance, Accounting, or related Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of Controlling or relevant Financial experience

• Strong knowledge of finance management and accounting

• Advanced MS Office (especially Excel) and SQL knowledge
• Previous experience in international companies with good understanding of IT infrastructure Services
• Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high quality of output
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines. Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to look for, identify, and resolve data discrepancies
• Comfort working with senior leaders internationally; ability to maintain composure and strict confidentiality with privileged information and serve as a business partner
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) are mandatory, German and Czech are nice to have
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three month
