• Leading and/or participating on project related to implementation of Elixir within the movement
• Leading and managing all Elixir related activities
• Managing the quality of Elixir deliverables
• Managing and Monitoring Elixir team capacities
• Managing the internal partnerships and impacts on other parts of SITS, such as cost recovery or service catalogue
• Marketing and developing of positive image of Elixir globally in MSF
• Facilitating the onboarding of new sections to Elixir
• Contact with external vendors
• Stakeholder Management
• Own the application lifecycle of Elixir

Requirements

• Experience with managing and maintaining ticketing tools/system administration (e.g Service Now or Zen Desk) is a must
• Experience leading and managing technical teams is a must
• Application Management experience is a must
• Business Process Management or any process management experience a plus
• Product Management Experience is preferred
• ITIL v3/v4 is a must
• ITIL: Release, Control, Validation is preferred
• English proficiency, French is a plus
• Growth mindset, up for challenge
• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
