Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Running interviews with key stakeholders and performing research or coordination of research to identify current and past issues, concerns and pain points and working with various teams on identifying the root causes and designing actions to mitigate them for the future
  • Working with other members of the task force in daily meetings and communication to effectively identify, understand, communicate and tackle known issues
  • Building plans and roadmaps of actions and producing regular status information to key stakeholders
  • Designing, validating and running communications to associates and managers about the actions of the task force for all affected sites and our divisions in France
  • Being a change agent = planning, executing and sustaining change for associate and managers hand in hand with the actions of the task force

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in similar role, mostly within Project consultancy, Change management, Communication management amp; Stakeholder management
  • To be proficient in consultancy and project work
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience from HR field is a plus
  • Fluency in English amp; French (spoken and written)
  • Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
