The role IT Technician is to provide entry level user support (IT helpdesk) and offload well-defined and repetitive tasks such as user on-boarding amp; off-boarding, asset management, administrator of SaaS applications, reporting or expense management from system administrators and IT specialists. IT Technician is a member of IT team, reports to Director of IT and works under the supervision of IT team members who serve as escalation points for tasks beyond common routine.

Key responsibilities
- Handling of daily user support (IT helpdesk).
- Dealing with user reported issues related to standard company software in use.
- Configuration of user permissions and group access in Office 365.
- Handling of hardware and software purchases.
- User on-onboarding and off-boarding.
- Installation amp; configuration of client devices.
- User management in Office 365 amp; other company systems.
- Asset management and documentation.
- Evidence of hardware assets and software licenses.
- Evidence of SaaS applications in use.
- Maintenance of Kemp ITS SharePoint page for up to date and accurate content.
- Administration of SaaS applications in use.
- Maintenance of company SaaS applications.
- Expense management and reporting.
Qualification
- Proficiency as a user of Windows-based system and Office 365.
- No specific prior IT administrator knowledge required.
- English proficiency for communication on daily basis.
