Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Guide the HR organization and end-users through a multi-year, 50-country HRIS implementation (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Design and deploy global people processes and take place in the context of the introduction of HR shared service centers
  • Define and execute an organizational change management strategy and tactical plan for each project stage, consistently optimizing results
  • Define a communications strategy and plan by creating communications content and coordinating all project communications (messaging and channels) to the global HR community and to the global organization (executives, managers, employees, stakeholders)
  • Cultivate relationships, manage expectations and facilitate potential conflicting priorities between various HR stakeholders, such Centers of Excellence, share service centers, regions, branded business divisions and local business units
  • Notice dependencies, raise issues and risks created by cross-team decisions and propose resolution
  • Proactively assess impact of HRIS workstream activities and decisions on the HR organization and stakeholders
  • Create, train and maintain a network of HRIS change agents and guide their engagement of key stakeholder communities with consistent plans and content
  • Coordinate communications and stakeholder management issues with union relations lead
  • Support and guide project governance and HR Decision Authority Boards within the project
  • Support global process owners to design and deploy experienced-based processes impacted by the HRIS
  • Guide the creation of separate global change management plans for those process changes
  • Assess training needs and design training strategy, plans and content for end users at each deployment stage
  • Develop and share innovative change concepts, methods and best practices within the HR project team and executive stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree preferably related to Organizational Change Management, Human Resources Management, a business or technical subject, or any comparable education
  • Over 5 years of experience in Change Management with demonstrated success working in a matrix, international environment
  • Human Resources experience
  • Prosci or other equivalent Change Management Certifications are an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and work with complex systems
  • Excellent client facing skills and stakeholder management
  • International experience with a proven track record working with cross-cultural and virtual teams
  • Successful track record leading complex change programs and partnering with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience in building, coaching, and upskilling transformation teams
  • Proven strategic and analytical skills combined with ability to implement
  • Ability to tolerate significant ambiguity and deliver results under pressure
  • Self-starter, able to maintain energy and optimism in the face of opposition
  • Able to handle multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), any additional language is an advantage
  • Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
