Tasks and Responsibilities

• Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure current and future talent needs are met
• Source candidates using various platforms
• Screen and interview candidates via phone
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Arrange interviews and support the hiring manager with coordinating schedules for interviews
• Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates
• Liaise with hiring managers to ensure you have regular progress updates
• Provide feedback to all candidates

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the IT industry, recruiting, and market trends
• Knowledge of Boolean searching and a great understanding of how and where to source suitable talent
• Able to build credibility and strong relationships with candidates in order to grow your network
• Able to build strong relationships within the team and with upper management or stakeholders
• Ability to think creatively to source passive talent
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is nice to have
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• High-energy and passion
• Ability to work autonomously
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
