About the role

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do, because this is a job description), it would be this: The Mews Marketplace is a key part of the Mews Platform and currently ranking as the most integrated marketplace in hospitality. We have a team of 5 Connectivity experts who are guiding clients (both customers and integration partners) in the setup and maintenance of over 450+ integrations and we are looking forward to further grow the team.


Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Provide professional support in managing relationships with our technical partners, guiding them through development of their connection towards Mews APIs.
  • Serve as the link of communication between Mews' technical partners and internal teams
  • Certify new connections developed towards Mews
  • Coordinate resolution of issues faced by the partner
  • Represent partners within Mews (be their voice)
  • Suggest improvements to Mews' products and internal process
  • Expand the relationships with existing technical partners by continuously proposing opportunities solutions that meet their requirements and goals; specifically new capabilities of Mews' connectivity
  • Ensure that quality standards are met and best connectivity cooperation is established
  • Accounts monitoring and servicing (monthly payments and invoicing; regular monitoring and analysis of traffic in cooperation with internal departments; discrepancy tracking and approval, etc.)
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (focus on commitments and prepaid packages)
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics (testing and analysis of testing results, comparison on the profitability of different connectivity models, etc.)
  • Negotiating new commercial agreements that will turn into successful long-term relationships
  • Route intelligence - collect information about general connectivity
  • Handle legal requirements, documentation, services specifications etc.
  • Following industry trends and feeding market information into other departments

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • 2 years of experience working with software businesses.
  • Hospitality background is preferred.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, expanding company.
  • Detail oriented, strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Methodical, strong analytical and critical thinker skilled at solutioning.
  • SaaS product support background and experience with APIs and the skill to advise partners on how to build and improve their integration with Mews. Appropriate minimal coding skills will be helpful.
  • Understanding machine readable formats (e.g., JSON, XML)
  • Ability to translate technical topics to everyday language.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
