Job Description
Product Operations aims to build strong connective tissue between product and user-facing teams, increasing leverage so that Mews can ultimately deliver more value to more users, faster. As a Product Operations Manager, you'll work directly with our cross-functional product teams on the company's top priority betas and launches. You'll be responsible for building strong connections with user-facing teams ensuring a tight feedback loop and coordinating smooth, high-quality feature launches.
You will be responsible for supporting our product managers in finding the most effective way to deal with important tasks such as user-feedback analysis, sprint planning and product roadmapping. This is to ensure product teams are operating at their most efficient way.
You will be expected to manage and administer the product tech stack, managing relationship with vendors, creating guidelines for their use and training the product team in best practices to take advantage of the tools' benefits. You will be responsible for exploring tools' capabilities and deciding whether they are the right tools for the job. As Product Operations Manager you will be responsible for creating and systemitizing the experimentation culture at Mews, designing processes for product managers to run polished experiments that are actionable and reliable. As part of your role you will be required to manage the data analysis which is necessary for product managers to make informed decisions about user behaviour and value propositions in the product itself. This data analysis also includes the management of user feedback through the Mews feedback portals and management of beta testers, and key stakeholders.
