What is your mission?
Your goal is as simple, as complex: to play an active role in all aspects in the definition and design of a global operating model across multiple geographies, alongside with a critical judgment to build a stronger, more effective customer-centric company, capable of pushing our customers (as well as SaltPay) into the next level, because we can only grow as much as our customers do. In this sense, you'll be responsible for:
- Giving support to all administrative and accounting work within our finance department;
- Working with multiple tasks and processes;
- Working with data and creating reports to further present to the respective stakeholders;
- Answering Qamp;A inquiries from various clients;
- Drawing insights from large data sets;
- Working with the relevant teams to drive optimization and improvement of our services and products;
Your mission is to onboard on our growth journey, becoming one of the faces responsible for the revolution in the payments sector!
Requirements
What is your story?
- You have a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Economics or related field;
- You have experience in Finance, Administration and/or Accounting roles (preferably in a consulting or audit position);
- You're an Excel expert;
- You understand the steps required to clean and transform large datasets;
- You work with a critical-thinking attitude, using exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
- You are fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
