The role of Marketing Manager offers an exciting opportunity to promote Kemp and further expand the adoption of the company’s best-in-class application experience (AX) technology across CEE. The Marketing Manager CEE is tasked to lead a combination of proactive demand generation and regional field/channel partner marketing activities, serving as a critical role to fuel regional growth for a company that has nearly doubled in size in the past 12 months.
This is a highly visible role as part of a fast-paced team, and the successful candidate must be comfortable interfacing frequently with regional sales and sales leadership, product marketing and corporate marketing teams. This position gives a successful candidate the opportunity to have a direct impact in driving new business opportunities and market awareness across multiple countries. The core responsibilities include researching, planning and executing regional partner channel and direct marketing programs including regional events, webinars, regional-specific promotions, outbound communications, and more.
Reporting to the Director of Channel and Field Marketing, the candidate must be a self-starter that can hit the ground running and draw on their experience driving demand generation and partner marketing activities for enterprise technology products. The ideal candidate obsesses about the lead-to-sales funnel - from acquisition, to qualification, to pipeline. The candidate must be able to understand and interpret marketing analytics and be able to concisely communicate key details back to sales. This includes being confident in managing sales expectations across diverse backgrounds and personalities.
The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for activities across most of Europe, Middle East and Africa, excluding the DACH, Central and Eastern Europe, and Russia territories.
