Our APIs and the platform deal with over 143 billion engagements annually. Enterprise customers include 8 out of 10 of the largest US tech companies by market capitalization, major airlines, banks, retail, e-tail, internet, ride-hailing, parcel delivery companies and more.

Sinch is growing fast and we are now seeking a new Account Managers to join us to help us deliver to your customers.

The essence of the role

As Account Manager you will be part of the highly motivated and close-knit Sales team reporting into the Regional Sales Director. You will have a vital role in our commercial expansion in the region, managing a portfolio of existing accounts of companies in various parts of the world. Your focus will be small and medium-sized companies, and mainly customers of our SMS-product.Every day will be different, and you will liaise with colleagues and customers across the globe.

As Account Manager you will:

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers through consistent communication, both virtual and IRL when pandemic allows
  • Assist customers with various asks, such as providing reports, making changes to account, solving issues etc.
  • Regularly analyze customer accounts to maximize profit by identifying upsell opportunities
  • Through close partnership with customer, ensure you stay up to date on customers’ needs and potential new business
  • Collaborate with Technical Client Support, Product Management, Finance and other departments to solve customers’ asks

  • 2-4 years exp from a similar role
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive professional relationships with ease
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
  • A university degree in Business, Finance or similar

The following is a big plus

  • Experience from a customer facing role at a software, or telco company
  • Fluency in additional language
