As a DevOps engineer in the Embedded Software team, you will manage infrastructure and tools for test and development. You will be in charge of setting up and maintain automation tools for developing digital pipeline (CI/CD) and lead testing and quality assurance activities to ensure quality, reliability and cybersecurity. You will work in Scrum team following Agile methodology and be willing to explore new tools and techniques.
Your tasks will be:
- Build integration and functional test plans and procedures contributing to the overall test strategy
- Design, develop and manage digital pipeline and test environment
- Design and develop integration and functional tests
- Define software quality metrics
- Ensure maintainability and scalability of the CI/CD infrastructure
- Guarantee reliability, quality and cybersecurity of software solutions
- Embrace, promote and enhance development processes to ensure the quality of deliverables (DevOps)
- Participate in technology scouting (open-source libraries, standard protocols, .).
- Provide schedule estimation and report periodically to the Scrum master / project manager and to the team leader
Requirements
We would like you to know / have:
- Jenkins (CI/CD), pipelines, containers (Docker)
- Python, Bash, Linux systems (administration, network)
- Agile amp; Scrum, Jira, Bitbucket/Git
- Software quality tools and standards
- Cybersecurity and data encryption
Nice to have:
- M2M communication standards and platforms (TCP/IP, RestAPI, SNMP, MQTT, Modbus)
- EV-charging and SmartGrid architecture and protocols appreciated (OCPP, OpenADR)
- Hardware design (electronics) appreciated
