As a Customer Relations Agent you will:

• Help customers make the most of our services and grow their business! You will be assisting through all communication channels to educate them about our products and resolve their requests, providing the best service no matter who they are

• Be the voice of the customer and the key to success of our teams.All teams in SaltPay develop and adjust to fulfil the needs of small businesses, and your communication with the customer will guide us in this process

• Constantly rethink the way we do things to improve our processes and internal systems
