The essence of the role

As a Sales Administrator,?you will?have an important supportive?role?in?a?highly?strategic?Customer migration?project,?followed by?the?Sinch?acquisition of SAP Digital Interconnect in 2020.?You will work?closely?with?the?Sales organisation and Account Executives?to ensure a smooth migration of customers to the receiving target SDI platform (NOVA).

As the migration plans are set and as customers become ready for migration, you will be central in the preparation and hands-on activities in making it happen, in close collaboration with the Account Executives. You will work globally as customers are represented in all regions, however with the majority in the EMEIA region.

You will also work closely with the Program Coordinator,?who?is?supporting Workstream/Project Lead in tracking and following up migration enabler activities.


As Our Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Support and work closely with the Account Executives to ensure a smooth migration of the customers.
  • Pull together data and enter information into the receiving Platform (Nova) provisioning tools.
  • Validate account setups to be complete including high-level account information, product mapping, price list upload and overall CRM account updates.
  • Follow up with the Account Executives on migration checklist items, such as validation of contract details, track account IDs, etc
  • Coordinate closure of accounts on the platform being vacated (SDI A2P platform
  • Continuous reporting of customer migration progress through trackers and other agreed channels to Customer migration Workstream/Project Lead.


To contribute to this role you need:

  • University degree
  • One year of experience in a sales support role or any customer related position
  • Experience in CRM software, ideally Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to collaborate and be an effective team player
  • Preferably?based in Prague
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
