Associate Product Manager - Distribution

Mews is disrupting the hospitality industry with a cloud-based property management solution for hotels, hostels, apartments and more. The Mews Hospitality Cloud acts as a central nervous system for properties of all sizes from small independent hotels to large group brands. Over 1,600 brands across 60 countries run their hotel operations, booking, payments and guest management on Mews.

In this role, you will Support the Product Manager with the following responsibilities:

• Product delivery coordination from idea stage to launch (research, coordination, piloting, announcement, stake holder update)
• Uservoice updates
• YouTrack checks (cleanup, sprint planning and its coordination with key stakeholders)
• Coordinating release notes
• Prioritisation and timeline coordinated and approved with PM
• Monitor and report user engagement with new features
• Internal/external documentation (birth certificates, guide updates, presentation prep, etc.)

Requirements

• Knowledge of channel distribution in the hospitality sector
• Must have technical understanding of APIs
• Experienced in partner management
• Ability to manage stakeholders with regards to bugs and backlogs
