What would you be doing?

  • Supporting existing customers during deployments and after deployment to help customer see value of the company's products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Educating customers on products features and use cases to enable account growth
  • Identifying growth opportunities by understanding existing customer needs and the use of the product
  • Collecting feedback, suggestions for improvements and feature requests from customers to improve the product and increase the product value and passing those to the development team
  • Handling assigned requests for customers support
  • Creating new and improving existing product documentation, knowledge base articles, best practices, quick start guides and other resources associated with company's products
  • Supporting customers during on-boarding, implementations and long-term usage of products
  • Contributing to company's customer success process improvement,

Requirements

Need to have

  • Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality, Big Data Management; SSIS, IBM DataStage, Oracle ODI, Talend)
  • Experience with databases and SQL including procedural extensions (Oracle, Netezza, MSSQL, Teradata, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, .)
  • Familiarity with BI amp; reporting tools (SSRS, PowerBI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau, .)
  • Minimum one year of customer facing/consulting experience
  • Minimum one year of support experience (can also be just a part of other job responsibilities)
  • At least basic experience with Windows batch or Powershell scripting or Linux shell scripting
  • Troubleshooting and log investigation
  • Troubleshooting integration issues across multiple applications
  • Personal characteristics: collaborative, team-player, creative person with positive "can-do" approach

Nice to have:

  • Active experience with ETL, BI amp; reporting tools
  • Any language developer experience (Java preferred)
  • Coaching experience
