What would you be doing?

• working with sales representatives during the sales process, performing technical and product demonstrations
• proving solution value during trials by guiding through the process of installation, configuration, troubleshooting potential issues
• finding creative solutions for integration with technologies that are not supported
• contributing to company's sales and customer success process improvement
• actively contributing to the product roadmap - collecting feedback, improvements and feature requests from customers and prospects and passing those to the product and development team

Requirements

Need to have

• Minimum one year of customer facing/consulting experience
• Pre-sales experience in IT product company is a plus
• Familiarity with data management concepts
• Experience in data management to relate to customer's challenges
• Strong data-related technical understanding of typical customer's environment - APIs, Databases, ETL, Reporting tools
• Troubleshooting and log investigation experience
• Troubleshooting integration issues across multiple applications/technologies
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to quickly get oriented in new environment
• Ability to conceptualize and apply learned experience in other scenarios
• Desire to learn and ask for support if needed
• Positive can-do approach

Nice to have:

• Experience with basic Windows batch or Power shell scripting or Linux shell scripting
• Experience with APIs
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality, Big Data Management; SSIS, IBM DataStage, Oracle ODI, Talend)
• Experience with databases and SQL including procedural extensions (Oracle, Netezza, MSSQL, Teradata, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, .)
• Familiarity with BI amp; reporting tools (SSRS, PowerBI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau, .)
• Coaching experience
