Job Description

The essence of the role

As our new Regional Sales Manager you will be part of a growing team of 10 based across Europe. You will cover Czechia and Poland to start with and also the surrounding markets, with the objective to develop and execute new business opportunities in the region. In close collaboration with the customers you will assess how Sinch can be part of reaching their goals and visions and ultimately close new deals, that results in the highest ROI for both parties.

You will be based in Prague, but collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and report to VP of Sales EMEIA, based in Stockholm.

As our new Regional Sales Manager your objective will be to close new deals. This includes:

  • Research and analyze the market to determine verticals/industries.
  • Build an maintain a pipeline of future partnerships in existing and new verticals.
  • Analyze potential clients’ offering, needs, visions and business requirements.
  • Build a regular and consistent contact with a global customer base via telephone, email, LinkedIn, face to face meeting and industry events.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Who are you?

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are both self-motivated and results oriented but with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. You have superb interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues.

  • 5 years experience and proven track record in territory B2B sales, within the software or telecom industry
  • Fluent in Czech and Polish, as well as English.

Not a requirement but a plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.

Location of the role is Prague. Due to the pandemic we are currently only able to consider candidates that currently reside in Prague or in nearby city.
