About the Opportunity

Dentons Europe is currently seeking Business Change Manager who will be involved in a variety of projects and activities, focused on supporting senior leadership and delivering value to the firm. Your role will include Consulting, Project Management and Change Management, requiring you to think creatively to develop new and innovative approaches by generating and presenting valuable and actionable insights that are relevant to leadership needs as well as to the wider Dentons business.

The role is available for 12 months contract with a view to extend on both B2B and employment basis in either of the following locations: Warsaw, Poland | Prague, Czech Republic or Madrid, Spain.

About the role

  • Lead and contribute to large and more complex projects and initiatives to support developing practical recommendations based on the assessment of current environment and the marketplace
  • Participate in full consulting and engagement lifecycle by supporting the delivery of one-off or recurring projects, including implementation of recommendations
  • Lead a small team of colleagues on project engagements
  • Engage and actively contribute to the production of reports and other client deliverables
  • Support preparation and co-facilitate interviews with Dentons colleagues
  • Conduct market research, financial and data analysis to develop actionable and insightful recommendations
  • Coach and inspire more junior team members
  • Develop your internal network of colleagues to ensure you well understand the firm’s objectives and needs.

About you

  • You are curious, keen to learn and have a passion for solving an exciting variety of problems
  • Proven experience in consulting (ideally from Tier 1 advisory firms or Big4), and / or in leading more complex projects requiring excellent problem solving skills and successful stakeholder management
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Project management experience
  • Business acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent oral and writing skills
  • Fluent in English
