Job Description

Viva Wallet is the first European payment fintech disruptor entirely cloud based over Microsoft Azure since 2010, now located in 23 EU countries. We devote ourselves to create a wonderful easier experience to businesses of all sizes, innovative acquiring and issuing services through terminals, Viva Wallet POS app and payment gateways for online stores. Furthemore, we offer business accounts with local IBAN and a business Viva Wallet Mastercard.

We are looking for a qualified Business Support Administrator to join our team in Czech. The successful candidate mainly will be responsible for supporting our local sales team with various tasks.

More specifically, as a Business Support Administrator you will:

  • Provide support for customers and local sales team members (products, services, system settings, etc.)
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organized and accessible sales tracking system.
  • Compile list of sales leads, delegate leads to responsible sales team members, and provide sales data and guides to the sales department.
  • Manage customer portfolio, have follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide customer care assistance regarding orders, account statuses etc.
  • Answer all customer inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Support marketing teams in creating updating and translating sales and marketing materials
  • Manage inventory of terminal devices and other materials
  • Be committed to constant learning and personal development

Requirements

What should you offer?

  • Proven 2-3 years experience in the field.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and willingness to improve.
  • Excellent use of Czech and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Bachelor Degree.
