Sinch is growing fast and we are now looking to hire an Jr. Account Manager who will be an integral part of the Account Management team. You will have a vital role in the team’s and thereby the company’s success.

The essence of the role

As Jr. Account Manager you will be part of a highly motivated and close-knit Sales team consisting of 7 Account Managers and reporting into the Regional Sales Director. Every day will be different, and you will work with colleagues and customers across the globe.

Your objective will be to assist and enable the team to achieve targets and customer satisfaction. But you will also be responsible for developing necessary skills and experience to progress to Account Manager in a year or two.

As Jr. Account Manager your will:

  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks related to the team as a whole and to customer accounts, ensuring all asks or issues are taken care of or solved
  • Follow up with customers and/or Account Manager on progress and status
  • Ensure team’s sales are reflected in the system and assist with other tasks related to sales

  • A university degree in Business, Finance or similar
  • 1-3 years experience from a customer facing role (customer service, store front, hospitality etc)
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written

In this role you will have a lot of fun and be challenged at the same time. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to gain the experience to work in sales or account management in the future and wants to work for an international company with a start-up culture.

Due to the pandemic we currently only consider candidates for this position who already reside in Czechia.
