Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support of the visibility through SharePoint and Corporate social media,
- Coordination of global workshops, agenda management for Senior managers
- Support in preparation of content material for various departments
- The common objective is to increase the coordination among the different pillars of our departments for collaboration and effectiveness of daily tasks and key events programming.
- Additional supportive tasks amp; overall coordination
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally as Content manager
- Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
- Basic technical knowledge of SharePoint and web publishing
- Familiarity with social media on corporate level
- Excellent writing skills in English with attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English amp; other European language (spoken amp; written);
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
