Tasks and Responsibilities• Works closely with the Integration Leads, Integration Experts/Architects, Payroll vendors as well as Payroll experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding and implementation of the scope and timelines defined by Program requirements.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing integration delivery strategy.
• Provide guidance to Global Program Lead, Business Program Global Owner/Lead and to the PMO team throughout all project phases.
• Acts as escalation contact for Workstream Leads/Functional teams to ensure any identified gaps are addressed with delivery partner in a timely manner.
• Leads collaboration between program execution team, Global PMO and Workstreams (Workday, Integrations and Testing) ensuring Workday best practices are implemented with a customer centric perspective, together with managing dependencies across streams
• Manage the Implementation Partner to ensure best interests are kept at the core of the Program delivery
• Deliver project key milestones on time and within budget, while delivering strong value.
• Leading the Program through all phases by utilizing relevant PM instruments and methodology
Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant PM experience with focus on integration
• Strong project management and communication skills demonstrated by results in cross functional, multi-cultural projects
• Leadership skills in motivating project team members and managing stakeholders at a senior management level
• Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines
• Fluency in English (spoken amp; written);
• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
