The client of Eligo Partners an international, young and ambitious wholesale company representing worldwide well-known beauty brands. The company is inviting to join as independent and results-driven motivated, passionate Sales and Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Successfully introducing the brand to new markets and raising the brand image.
- Entering cosmetic brands to Czech Republic market and representing worldwide beauty trademarks.
- You will successfully introduce brands and raise brand awareness.
- Executing sales plans with new retailers and e-commerce partners and holding accountability for results.
- Implementation of designated sales plans.
- Building relationships and partnerships with new clients by doing cold calls and client visits.
- Preparation of commercial proposals and contracts.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is necessary (beauty amp; cosmetics industry).
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with a variety of partners.
- Experience in conducting negotiations with clients.
- Courage, initiative and strong result orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent English and Czech language skills.
- Driving license.
