Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAs a Disaster Recovery Test Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of disaster recovery testing within an organization. Your main objective will be to ensure that the organization's disaster recovery plans are effective and can be executed seamlessly in the event of a disaster or disruptive event. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute disaster recovery tests, ensuring that all systems and processes are thoroughly tested and validated and to coordinate preparation of DR Tests Reports and outputs.
Responsibilities:
• Support PMO activities by refining project management methodologies and ensuring efficient governance and reporting project execution
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to create guidelines that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure that project managers and teams adhere to established project management processes.
• Monitoring compliance with project documentation, reporting requirements, and change control procedures
• Provide defined process and training materials to support project managers and team members.
Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant experience in PMO, administration, executive support
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel amp; MS PowerPoint.
• Analytical, good problem-solver, and strong critical thinking skills.
• Able to effectively articulate and present technical / process information and risks to non-technical users and business sponsors.
• Ability to update senior stakeholders, adapting presentations to the correct level of detail.
• Fluency in English (spoken amp; written);
