Tasks and Responsibilities• Lead SharePoint online to improve document accessibility and collaboration across towers amp; functions.
• Customize site templates, create approval workflows and trained users on best practices.
• Analyze our project management database and optimize performance.
• Implement indexing strategies and techniques to enhance data efficiency.
• Develop an Excel and/or Qlik based tool using macros to automate reporting.
• Implement dynamic dashboards with slicers for real time data analysis (Balance Score Card)
Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical role involving SharePoint and data analytics
• Passionate data enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a love for problem-solving.
• Interest and experience in databases and data analytics, Excel amp; SharePoint administration
• Technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint online
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction and strong project management skills.
• Microsoft Certifications are preferred but not required
• Ability to confidently provide recommendations to stakeholders on the best way to present information
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (spoken amp; written);
• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
