We are now looking to expand the team with a Deal Desk Analyst based in Prague to chase the dream with us.

EMEA Revenue Operations team in Sinch is looking for an experienced Deal DeskAnalyst to join our dynamic team. The person who will become part of our group will be responsibleto drive growth and profit in the EMEA region by structuring and winning commercial deals.In Sinch, Deal Desk is a role focused on enabling the business teams to win deals, drive strategy and growth through strong partnerships and governance. The role is part of the regional Revenue Operations team and is partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Operations, Commercial Enablement, Legal, BusinessIT and other stakeholders across Sinch Group.

You will report to the EMEA VP Revenue Operations, who is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

As Deal Desk Analyst, you will:

• Be a reliable partner to various regional leaders and stakeholders for anything related to pricing and deal structuring.
• Work closely with EMEA sales teams to structure deals that align with internal frameworks for contracting and pricing while meeting customer needs.
• Develop and model deal pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Conduct financial analysis to asses deal viability;
• Identify and drive improvements for quoting and pricing processes across a broad product portfolio;
• Review and analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with Sinch company policies and legal requirements.
• Set up and manage the deal approval process, including preparing deal summaries, obtaining approvals from key stakeholders, and documenting decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve deal desk processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work cross functionally internally to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination between the various stakeholder teams: Sales, Finance, BI/Data, Partner, Marketing, Customer Success, BusinessIT etc

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of various business models such as transactional, SaaS, licensing, professional services etc, as well assolid knowledge ofdeal structuring, pricing, contractual Terms amp; Conditions and deal storytelling, across a large product portfolio of commercial offerings.

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree with honors in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related areas
• Experience: 7+ years of relevant professional experience, running or being part of a Deal Desk or Business Operations team
• Skills: Strong experience with financial and business analysis, pricing, deal structuring, commercial and contractual terms amp; conditions. You have a high attention to detail, you are structured and able to analyze complex issues and propose creative solutions.
• Self-starter:You're a go-getter, able to work with little coordination, someone who takes the initiative and steers their work independently. You're not fazed by ambiguity, and you're all about turning the unknown into a clear path. You are able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Program Management: Your program management skills are advanced and enable you to coordinate medium to large projects involving data and data outcomes.
• Communicationskills: Your verbal and written communication skills are top of the class. Capable of communicating sophisticated information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the multi-functional leadership.
