Job Description

Viva.com is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Branch Manager/ Head of Sales to oversee our branch operations. As the General Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service within our Czech branch.

About the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of branch staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new products and services
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
  • Monitor and manage branch expenses and budget
  • Implement measures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity

Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the Payment services industry
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Sound knowledge of financial products and services
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
    • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Fluent in both Czech and English, both written and orally;
