WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our HQs office in Prague. The successful candidate will manage our HQs office to create engaging inspirational work space and when necessary provide front office assistance.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Leading the reception leading and developing receptionist.
  • Provide front office assistance when needed in 8 hours Monday- Friday shift scheme
  • Managing office related matters incl. office redesign and supervise office refurbishment
  • Vendor management, fleet management
  • Maximise the return from company investments on office refreshments
  • Financial responsibility (budgeting, creating POs, processing invoices,)
  • Contact person for the property management
  • Design and organise employee activities and events to improve engagement, cooperation and healthy life style
  • Support other HR areas such as coordination of trainings, internal communication etc.
