Task and Responsibilities:
- To oversee Payroll, Employment taxes and Learning amp; Talent at global scale
- Co-design operational transformation with vendors
- Support team in alignment on approach of transition, requirements and documentation
- Co-create operating handbook for project and for individual countries as part of transition
- Document aligned processes in central documentation repository
- Provide guidance to Country SME in case of any questions
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR field
- Knowledge of H2R processes, HR HCM is mandatory, (workday and SAP preferred)
- Strong technical savvy WD, SAP, SNOW, MS Office, MS Teams
- Stakeholder management, good communication and change
- Management skills
- Handy with process design experience
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
