The client of Eligo Partners an international, young and ambitious wholesale company representing worldwide well-known beauty brands. The company is inviting to join as independant and results-driven motivated, passionate Junior Sales and Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing local market business strategy and sales plan.
- Introducing and entering cosmetics brand to market and raising the brand image.
- Building relationships and partnerships with new clients by doing cold calls and client visits.
- Executing sales plans with new retailers and e-commerse partners.
- Conducting successful negotiations with partners regarding terms and conditions of contracts.
- Preparing commercial proposals and contracts.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is necessary (beauty amp; cosmetics industry).
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with a variety of partners.
- Excellent sales skills with strong desire to achieve results.
- Courage, independence, initiative and strong result orientation.
- Excellent Czech and English language skills.
- Driving license.
