Tasks and Responsibilities
• To focus on guiding organizations through the complexities of agile transformations at LT or Team level.
• This role is different from that of a Scrum Master, who typically focuses on facilitating individual teams, and from a Project Manager, who is concerned with the specifics of project execution
Requirements
• 5+ years working in the role, supporting Business (not IT) Teams in their journey towards new way of working
• Agile (min SCRUM and Kanban) and Lean Principles: Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles, practices, and frameworks, and the ability to adapt and apply to various business functions
• Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation techniques to support individuals, teams, and the organization in their agile journey.
• Ability to identify and map value streams across the organization, optimizing workflows and reducing waste to deliver value more efficiently.
• Skilled in coaching leaders, teams, and individuals in agile values, principles, and practices to foster an agile mindset throughout the organization.
• Competent in resolving conflicts, facilitating discussions, and ensuring collaboration across teams and departments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate the agile vision, change initiatives, and progress to all stakeholders in a simple and compelling way
• Fluency in English (spoken amp; written);
