Job Description

Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR professional who loves bringing top talent on board for diverse roles. If you're passionate about social events and enjoy steering the ship through the people cycle, we would love to hear from you!

Where? We have offices in Brno and Prague, and you should be based in CZ within easy reach of these, though we prefer to have somebody in Brno.

When? The ideal start date would be March 2024 or sooner.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our People team, managing HR-related projects, supporting our dynamic culture, and taking charge of new opportunities around People development. Your main goals will revolve around increasing productivity and making a lasting impact on the employee experience.

You will ensure that every individual has a positive experience during onboarding, offboarding, and collaboration on small to mid-size projects. If you thrive on creating a seamless and enjoyable journey for our team members, we invite you to apply and contribute to fostering a positive and engaging workplace.

Employee Experience:

  • Execute People-related projects based on the employee experience roadmap and OKRs
  • Substitutes and supports the Recruiter during peak times or holidays, wherein the responsibility covers the complete hiring cycle
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, ensuring a positive people experience.
  • Manage language education programs
  • Take care of social life in the company

Increases Productivity:

  • Suggesting improvements on organizing tasks related to the ongoing People agenda
  • Analyze People Metrics and collaborate on conclusions and action plans.

New Activities:

  • Run small to mid-size improvement projects to ensure positive changes
  • Participate in social media and employer branding activities, if agreed

ABOUT YOU

  • 2-3 years of experience within HR/People operations with an interest in People and Employee Experience.
  • Full-cycle hiring experience for various roles and regions
  • Customer-oriented and user-centric mindset
    Data-driven and goal-oriented
  • Analytical skills with an interest in data and automation.
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
