Tasks and Responsibilities
- Define the process for demand management within IT Infrastructure Cloud Services
- Consolidates requirements from all organization for public cloud resources
- Communicates with the requesters within the organization about status and process of provisioning and specific demands requirements and dependencies
- Coordinate with Technical Experts on a regular basis about needed demand
- Tracks progress of enhancements done within provisioning process
- Definition of specific work packages to deliver under Public Cloud and Hosting Services in alignment with technical leads and tracking of their progress
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience around Public Cloud (Azure, AWS), and ITIL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, internal but also with external customers;
- Agility and can work in a changing and dynamic environment;
- Experience in pharmaceutical services, dealing with regulatory policies, compliance rules and controls.
- Fluency in English
