We’re now looking for a Junior Account Manager in Prague to chase the dream with us.

The essence of the role

As Junior Account Manager you will be part of highly motivated Sales team reporting into Regional Director. Through this role you get the opportunity to join a winning team and build relationships with our customers. We enable a lot of freedom to run your client base and sales activities and will provide strong support to ensure results are delivered. In addition, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior members of the team by handling various account administration tasks and ad-hoc projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your account management skills, work closely with clients, contribute to the growth and be part of Sinch story.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and business needs and elaborating on any queries
  • Analysing existing customers' business and taking steps to maximize profit
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth via value add, upsell amp; cross-sell
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and forecasting performance of your accounts
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Support, Sales Engineering, Product Management and Finance
Who are you?

You posses excellent communication and organizational skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams. You have a solutions-oriented approach and you are able to plan your work towards deadlines.

In order to contribute in this role, you have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop and maintain productive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to own your work and make informed decisions to drive it forward
  • Preciseness, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus.
  • Highly motivated team player with a positive can do attitude
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English is a must, additional language is a plus
