As the Product Lead at Salsita, you will lead the strategic direction of our product development efforts. In this role, you will drive the definition and development of our future products and product features in cooperation with our delivery team, marketing team, sales team etc. ensuring they not only meet but exceed the requirements and expectations of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and manage the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demand.
- Lead and inspire a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that product offerings are valuable, usable, and feasible.
- Engage with existing and potential clients to gather feedback and insights
- Conduct end-user research to comprehend user behavior, pain points, and needs, translating findings into actionable product features and improvements.
- Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring that product development and enhancements are squarely aimed at solving customer problems and enriching their experience.
- Ensure all product releases are launched successfully and are aligned with strategic business goals.
- Monitor product performance and drive product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in leading product development in a tech or software development company.
- Proven ability to successfully develop and implement a product vision and strategy.
- Solid experience with and an in-depth understanding of product management methodologies, such as "Jobs to Be Done" or similar frameworks, and demonstrated ability to apply such methodologies to real-world scenarios.
- Ability to work with data, deriving insights from data analytics, and leveraging those findings to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Experience in utilizing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to set goals, track progress, and align the product team and other stakeholders towards strategic objectives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading and inspiring teams.
- Technical skills and the ability to work closely with development teams are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with AI driven technologies is highly desirable.
