Recruitment Expertise: Leverage your expertise in 360 recruitment, RPO bidding, and recruitment business development to effectively communicate our services and showcase our capabilities to potential clients.
Proposal Creation: Craft compelling and personalized proposals for clients, spotlighting our unique value propositions and competitive advantages.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and excellence.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry, with experience in 360 recruitment, RPO bidding, or recruitment business development.
- A robust network and connections within the pharmaceutical, Automotive, or IT sectors in France.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at various levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and determined to thrive in a competitive market.
- The capability to work autonomously while also making valuable contributions within a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of French labor laws, regulations, and market practices is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
