Quality Technician

• Manage all quality-related activities in the accordance to the claim management/ non conformity management Process.
• Review process control plan.
• Drive quality issues to root cause.
• Responsible for corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance.
• Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or High School education.
• Experience in mechanical or electronical related field .
• A minimum of 3 years' experience with Bc degree or 5 years experience with secondary education in a similar role.
• Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (NCR/ SOPs).
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer focus and problem solving skills.
• Sense of responsibility and tenacity is essential for this position.
• Reliable processing of routine work as well.
• Team player.
