With our product Scan amp; Capture we automate vendor bill entry for our customers. It is an add-on to the NetSuite ERP system. Our customers email PDF vendor bills to the application. We use an application called Abbyy Flexicapture for Invoices to capture the data from the PDF so the user does not need to manually type in the vendor bill details. You will provide Abbyy Flexicapture training when our customers report an issue with data capture and provide status updates throughout the process.
