We are looking for a qualified Business Support Administrator to join our team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our local sales team with various tasks.

What you will do

  • Support the Czech Team in all tasks related to sales, administration and special projects
  • Support the merchants in case of after sales issues, like handing in missing documents, their Viva Wallet account, terminals etc.
  • Identify new leads and enter and update customer data and other relevant information in the database
  • Execute defined sales campaigns
  • Support the preparation of the necessary sales material (presentations, scripts, folders etc.)
  • Manage stock of the POS devices
  • Promote team spirit and be committed to constant learning

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of expertise in a sales support position
  • Experience in professional communication with merchants
  • Ability to have several tasks and issues in check at the same time
  • Resiliency and the ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced environment
  • BA degree
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent use of the Czech and English language
