Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Rebate Management System. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in funds and/or rebate management, with a strong track record of achieving operational efficiency and process improvement. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the rebate management system, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the rebate management system, including the setup and processing of rebates, refunds, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all rebate management processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded
  • Monitor and analyse rebate trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, escalations, and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements


Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in funds and/or rebate management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing a team of analysts and customer service representatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent English (both verbal and written) skills


Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge of rebate management software and databases is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
