Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team and lead the onboarding process for our sub-distributors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, operational knowledge, and be process-oriented. The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the onboarding process from start to finish, working in a challenging environment with strict deadlines, and must be able to prioritize workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement onboarding procedures for sub-distributors
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sub-distributors during the onboarding process
  • Ensure sub-distributors receive all necessary information, training, and resources to successfully onboard
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities
  • Monitor progress and ensure all necessary activities are completed on time
  • Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of onboarding activities


Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar onboarding role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong operational knowledge, with the ability to understand and manage complex operational processes
  • Highly process-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment, meet strict deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to analyse data and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process


Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Excellent English (both verbal and written) skills
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or finance
